| Membership Requirements |
- All active members should be:
- MD certified in neurosurgery or orthopedic surgery.
- Submit a CV show evidence of interest in spine surgery.
- Submit a reference letter from 2 active member of the ESA.

- All affiliated member should be:
- Certified in the other specialty of interest to spinal surgery.
- These specialties include: radio-diagnosis, radio-therapy, physical medicine and rehabilitation, nursing, etc.
- MS or MD certified in his specialty.
- Submit a CV show evidence of interest in his specialty relative to spine surgery.
- Submit a reference letter from 2 active member of the ESA.

- All honored member should be:
- A well known person who support the ESA in various aspect including; financial,
ethical, moral, social, logistic, governmental, etc.
- Submit a CV show evidence of interest in our association.
- Submit a reference letter from 2 active member of the ESA.
